We recommend that the country director develop a memorandum of understanding or similar agreement between the agroforestry project with the appropriate ministry or national-level government partner.

We recommend that the director of programming and training, with input from all staff involved in site development, review the post's current site development practices and update their site development and monitoring standards accordingly.
