We recommend that the safety and security manager train staff and Volunteer leaders to use post's revised housing standards to take a more consistent approach in reviewing and approving Volunteer housing.

We recommend that the country director develop and implement a plan to address housing deficiencies that currently exist.

We recommend that the director of programming and training assess the roles and responsibilities for regional leaders, and clarify their scope of work and training as needed.
