While there are many areas of strength for this post, there are 22 recommendations. The majority are directed at the areas of programming, site development, and training.

Recommendations

We recommend that the director for programming and training and education program team review the education project to clarify the role of co-teaching and expand the range of primary activities contributing to the project goals.

We recommend that the country director, director for programming and training, and education program manager re-assess post’s participation in the Teaching English as a Foreign Language certificate program with input from staff in Overseas Programming and Training Support.

We recommend that the training manager improve participatory analysis for community action training.

We recommend that the director of programming and training provide programming staff with clear expectations for cleaning Volunteer reporting form data.

We recommend that the country director arrange for all senior staff in Peace Corps/Albania be trained on how to use coaching in Volunteer support.
