We recommend that the Peace Corps update the reconciliation process to require two-way verification between all source systems and the Odyssey’s Fixed Asset Module. This process should include documentation of steps taken to resolve all identified discrepancies.

We recommend that the Peace Corps require training for all staff responsible for in the acquiring and recording assets.

We recommend that the Peace Corps perform a reconciliation of source systems and Odyssey Fixed Assets and record any capital assets that are missing from the Odyssey Fixed Asset Module.

We recommend that the Peace Corps develop a quality assurance process that will ensure accurate and timely processing of personnel actions.

We recommend that the Peace Corps provide training to human resources staff on policies and procedures related to the entry of employee data into EPIC.
