We recommend that the country director and the director of management and operations ensure that the alternate cashier performs cash counts after transactions have occurred.

We recommend that the country director and the director of management and operations ensure that all cashiers (principal cashiers, alternate cashiers, and sub-cashiers) retain all reconciliation records for at least 60 days.
