We recommend that the region establish and disseminate standard guidance and training for use by post staff and Volunteers to ensure that performance data is consistently collected and reported.

We recommend that the post strengthen its training program so that all Volunteers accurately complete trimester reports in their new format.

We recommend that the PTO ensure APCDs comply with the new site selection procedures.

We recommend that the post a) define each Volunteer housing standard in order that the presence or
absence of each may be accurately assessed, and b) include all housing policy
standards in the housing checklist.

We recommend that the country director require APCDs to review the accuracy and completeness of the most critical sections of site locator forms.
