We recommend that the director of management and operations ensure that the cashier comply with the Overseas Financial Management Handbook 13.11 and wait until transactions have been entered into FOR Post and approved before disbursing cash payments.

We recommend that the country director acquire approval from the Office of Global Accounts Payable for the medical assistant to operate as a sub-cashier and ensure the sub-cashier receives the necessary training.
