We recommend that the post prepare written justification each time appropriated funds will be used for costs related to counterparts’ participation in training before the costs are incurred.

We recommend that the billing officer include the date of collection from the General Receipt in the billing log

We recommend that the country director, with the help of the administrative officer, revise the post’s policy regarding the phone call allowance to eliminate the billing of small currency amounts

We recommend that the post purchase a cash box in accordance with Peace Corps policy for each currency large enough to contain all bills and coins
